Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar durable mailer, ensuring all original tags and labels are included.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your drop-off receipt until your refund has been processed by our team.
